Traditional pasta dies, before being installed in the press, require initial preheating hot water tanks, followed afterward by a limited setup extrusion time.
With the Airlight™ system it is no longer necessary to preheat the dies and there is no need to extrude product to bring the temperatures up to full capacity.
In a few minutes the extrusion matrix, once installed in the press, will be ready for production and will allow to save:
- Time
- Water
- Gas

AMT FOREST

With this in mind, AMT Forest is born and grows. All our partners and customers will be able to plant and build their green corner inside the forest (labeled with the company name) and this a real response to protecting the environment..
In addition to allowing our customers and partners to contribute to the growth of AMT Forest, we will personally implement our forest. We will plant every year the number of trees necessary to replicate, in this case in absorption, how much CO2 we and the client companies that use our Airlight dies save thanks to our technologies.
