Thermoregulation Systems

Thermoregulation Systems

We apply our know-how of thermoregulation for all the process phases that need it through the use of any kind of fluid (air, water, oil) with low consumption but very efficient self-adaptive systems.

Self-Adaptive Cooling and Heating for maximum results in minimum time.

Compatible with automated Industry 4.0 management systems for monitoring and/or control.

Industry 4.0 systems are designed to produce and manage data so that it can be easily integrated with artificial intelligence systems.

Temperature Control

Thermoregulation systems are industrial systems designed for efficient and accurate temperature control of process fluids.

The temperature is a determining factor for many production processes in the chemical, pharmaceutical and food industries and they need, in addition to monitoring, the control and variation of fluid temperature to ensure the quality and safety of the finished product..

In industrial processes it is fundamental to evaluate the thermal energy, more than just the temperature, required to transfer or remove heat from a given process fluid.
The thermal energy in temperature control systems is transported by heat transfer fluids (water glycol, oil, air), as needed, with one or more heat exchangers.

The thermoregulation is managed by special control units, equipped with specially designed software, which communicate with multiple sensors and for which the thermal power of the plant is modulated.

The choice and positioning of temperature sensors must be made with criteria and expertise and they are often combined with other types of equipment that collect essential information such as flow rate and fluid pressure.

The supplied software is custom calibrated using proportional and integrative algorithms to maximize efficiency and reduce power consumption.

Temperature control cycles can be of three types: cooling, heating, holding.
Modulation of each cycle can be accomplished in multiple ways, such as with refrigeration cycle machines, electric heaters, and proportional valves.

Temperature control systems can be equipped with specific modules and software for remote management and process data collection that can be useful for Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence platforms so that a given process can be managed automatically without an operator.
